I would say there are three main areas of study in my life (with much depth in each area), my art and marketing to inspire others; health and well-being on all levels; and ancient wisdom.

I am an artist….I enjoy adding beauty to the world and inspiring others through art. One of my goals is to create more art through my soul's essence for social consciousness and creating harmony in life and on this planet.

I have been blessed to co-create with many others on their path, sharing the vision of living from our passions. My web site: www.whitespiritcocreations.com illustrates many of these creations. I am also embarking on a journey that combines marketing principles with the law of attraction.

Due to my own personal physical challenges, the past few years have been about harmonizing my physical body through nutrition, whole-food herbs, and strength training. I have learned a lot and found I also have a passion to share what I have learned with others.

I am putting together a web site just for that purpose which I will share when it is ready. It encompasses a wholistic approach, healing on all levels—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially. For the time being I have created a blog www.earthwisdomharmonics.com/blog where I periodically post about creating and inspiring harmony and harmonic resonance on all levels…or about those times when I might be finding it difficult to find harmony in the moment!

As for ancient wisdom, I am a student of life and a seeker of Truth. I believe ancient cultures and indigenous teachings have much to share with us about healing through their music, dance and medicine. My goal is to travel the world and sit with indigenous tribes and learn about these very things, then share that knowledge with the world. I wish to create unity and respect for all and connect through peace.
